The Old Stables is a detached property situated within the village of Exford. It houses four bedrooms, comprising of a ground-floor super king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a super king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is also a family shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, in addition to a ground-floor cloakroom with WC and basin.

Additional rooms include a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with a woodburning fire and a well-equipped utility. Outside, you will find ample off-road parking and an enclosed rear garden with table and chairs. The Old Stables promises a wonderful retreat.
