This property enjoys a lovely village location in Curry Rivel, which is located some six miles east of the county town of Taunton. The village itself is home to a welcoming village pub, which not only offers in-house dining, but also a range of takeaway pizzas. There is also a handy shop and tearoom in the village, whilst a wider range of high street shops can be found in nearby Taunton.

The area is home to a wide range of attractions to suit all tastes, including the Quantock Hills, the historic town of Glastonbury with its awe-inspiring ruined Abbey, and the town of Street with its shopping village. This property is located within the grounds of the owner’s home, but guests are assured their privacy, and can enjoy a wonderfully relaxing retreat. On the ground floor, the heart of the property is the light-filled lounge which has large patio doors leading out to the front of the property.

The contemporary furniture here as clearly been carefully chosen, and there is a Smart TV and a wood burner which keeps the room lovely and warm in all weathers. Just across from the lounge, guests will find the spacious kitchen/diner with a glass dining table, a comfortable sofa, and a good range of kitchen equipment including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. Stairs lead to the first-floor accommodation where the super-king-size bedroom can be found (can be made up as a twin on request).

This restful room also benefits from its own TV/DVD player and a stylish en-suite shower room with a shower and WC. Outside, there is a private patio area to the front of the property where guests will find a table and chairs, as well the hot tub, which is particularly inviting at night, when guests can enjoy the warm bubbling water under the star-filled skies. There is parking for 1 car in front of the property.
