The property is conveniently located on a country lane, giving some traffic noise, but providing easy access to the sought-after village of Dundry with the village pub under half a mile away. Just a short drive from the cosmopolitan city of Bristol, with its world-class shopping, wide range of restaurants, several museums, a theatre, galleries, and arts centres, an aquarium, and even a zoo. Also conveniently located for Bristol airport five miles away.

A little further afield is the historic spa city of Bath, the picturesque scenery of Cheddar Gorge and Caves, and Wells, the smallest cathedral city in England as well as the local lakes of Blagdon and Chew Valley. The large sandy beach at Weston-Super-Mare is also worth a visit offering a taste of the traditional English seaside. On entering this delightful detached barn conversion, you are met by a bright and cosy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner.

The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, perfect for lazy breakfasts or old family favourites. Head upstairs to the first floor and you'll find the final bedroom, the master double bedroom built into the eaves of the property, please be careful of the low sloping ceiling within this room. There is also an en-suite shower and WC on this floor too. Venturing outside you will find yourself in an enclosed garden to the side of the property is a patio with garden furniture.

It is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy your morning coffee whilst planning the day ahead. There is a parking area behind the property with off-road parking for two cars and a path leads around to the front door.
