The living areas include a kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine dishwasher, a dining room and a sitting room with woodburning stove. The bedrooms include a double and twin, serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is an enclosed garden with furniture and barbecue, bike shed, a WC and off-road parking for one car.

This accommodation will accept two well-behaved dogs however smoking is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Within 0.5 miles or less there is a shop and pub.

There is a railway line running at a low level beyond the bottom of the garden. There is a point in the stairs where some guests may experience limited head room, please take care. There are changes in levels in the garden and three steps down to the entrance of the house, please take care.

For bookings of two weeks or more, the owner will carry out a mid‑stay check, clean, and linen change, which is a requirement for longer‑stay reservations.
