For entertainment, guests are provided with a TV with Freeview, WiFi and a selection of DVDs.

Outside there is off-road parking for three cars and a front and rear garden. The central heating is powered by oil and is included in the rental price, along with bed linen, towels and power. The property is pet-friendly but please ensure you bring leads with you.

Please also be mindful that smoking is not permitted at the property. There is a shop 7.8 miles and a pub 7.6 miles away. Broombaulks Farm Bungalow is a lovely dwelling for a rural escape to the Scottish Borders.
