This stone-built Welsh country house provides stylish accommodation for up to eight guests, nestled within two acres of grounds that boast a relaxing hot tub and a private arboretum. As you approach the property along the sweeping driveway, you'll feel like you're entering your own private retreat. Inside, the elegant lounge offers a perfect space for relaxation, whether you're unwinding with family and friends, engaging in conversation, cosying up in front of the warming wood burner, or watching a film on the TV/DVD.

The separate dining room is perfect for leisurely meals, celebratory lunches, or hearty breakfasts, featuring a large table positioned next to an open fire. In the well-equipped kitchen, there's another dining area to grab a bite on the go. Upstairs, there are five bedrooms, each with its own en-suite.

The first two bedrooms are king-size rooms, both offering inviting roll-top baths with separate showers. The third bedroom is also a king-size room with an en-suite bathroom, while the fourth and fifth bedrooms are single rooms. One of these has an en-suite bathroom, while the other has an en-suite shower room.

The outdoor space at this property is beautifully maintained, featuring an arboretum, a patio seating area, a BBQ, and a luxurious hot tub where guests can relax while enjoying the views across the gardens. Situated on the outskirts of the magnificent Snowdonia National Park, this property is surrounded by a stunning mountainous landscape that serves as an idyllic backdrop for scenic walks and more challenging outdoor activities such as climbing, abseiling, and hiking. The historic town of Dolgellau is 11 miles away and boasts a variety of shops, pubs, bars, and bistros.

20 miles to the west lies the seaside resort of Barmouth, known for its large sandy beach. Here, visitors can enjoy traditional seaside amusements such as donkey rides and arcade games.
