The property is just 1 mile from the bustling town of Hay-on-Wye, famous for its wide range of vibrant, historic bookshops. The cleverly converted farm silo sits within the grounds of Cwmhir Court. The property has been elegantly decorated and furnished, with bespoke design features creating a truly unique backdrop to your holiday.

Enter via the hallway/reading nook, and through to the carefully configured kitchen, with all the equipment needed to rustle up dinners for two. Also on the ground floor is a tranquil double bedroom with direct access to the outdoor space, and a refreshing shower room. A curved, wooden staircase leads to a fabulous, circular lounge with comfortable seating, a table and chairs, TV, and far-reaching countryside views.

There is a small, enclosed outside area with furniture and a BBQ. Guests are also welcome to explore the footpaths through the surrounding grounds. The vibrant town of Hay-on-Wye is known for its impressive collection of bookshops and hosts a popular literary festival every year.

The town is also home to many independent shop, pubs, cafes, and restaurants. The River Wye passes through the town, and you can hire canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards to explore the area from the water. There are several long-distance walking trails close by, including the Wye Valley Walk and the Offa’s Dyke Trail.
