Upper Dolarddyn, a lovely detached holiday house over three floors, consists of a kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, range electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, and tumble dryer, a dining room with dining seating and woodburning stove, a sitting room with Smart TV, woodburning stove, and a game room with table tennis. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite, second-floor king-size, twin, and second-floor twin. There is a bathroom, a shower room with walk-in shower and basin and heated towel rail, and cloakroom with basin and WC.

WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a courtyard with picnic bench and fire pit. Large enclosed front lawn with benches and private driveway parking for four cars.

Shop 0.7 miles, pub 0.8 miles. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome to be kept on the ground floor only. Sorry, no smoking.
