The kitchen and pantry offer a dual‑fuel range cooker, microwave, American fridge/freezer and 2 dishwashers, plus utility and boot rooms. Features include gas central heating, Smart TVs, WiFi, books and games. Outside: hot tub, built‑in BBQ, gravelled patio with furniture, day kennels, and parking for 5 cars.

Two small well-behaved dogs welcome, pre-booking required. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.3 miles, beach 1.5 miles. Friday check‑ins only; peak periods allow 3‑night weekends only.
