Ty-Newydd Cottage is a single-storey property consisting of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining seating for five guests, a utility with washer/dryer and a living/dining room with seating for five guests, TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, twin and a single, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars.
