Upper Calffield Farmhouse consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and seating for eleven, a utility room with a fridge, wine chiller, washing machine, and tumble dryer, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and TV, a sitting room, and a game room with a TV and table tennis. The bedrooms include a king-size room with an en-suite shower, three double rooms, a ground-floor twin (zip/link, can be king-size on request), and a ground-floor single, with access to a Jack-and-Jill wet room, serviced by a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with a patio, lawn, furniture, and a barbecue, and off-road parking for 4 cars.

WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
