Dinas Island Cottage has a kitchen, a sitting room with woodburning stove, a shared utility, a double bedroom, a bunk room with 3ft beds, and a bathroom. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, shared washing machine and freezer (in owner's utility room), flat screen TV, and DVD player. Outside, there is ample parking for two cars and a boat, and a gravelled patio area to the front with garden furniture and a large lawn; the garden is shared with the farmer and his family, however, they don't use it very often.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome at a supplement; dogs must be kept to the non-carpeted areas of the house and must be kept on a lead at all times outside due to grazing stock. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included, along with a highchair, travel cot and stairgate.
