Seascape Cottage is set over three floors and features three bedrooms: one second-floor king-size bedroom with a balcony (open access to 1st floor) and an en-suite waterfall shower, basin, and WC, one twin bedroom, and one bunk bedroom. Additionally, there is a ground floor bathroom equipped with a P-shaped bath, shower, overhead shower, basin, and WC. The house comprises a kitchen, a living/dining room with a woodburning stove, and amenities including air source central heating, an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, and WiFi.

The rent includes fuel, power, and a starter pack for the woodburning stove, as well as bed linen and towels. Upon request, a cot and highchair are available. The property boasts an enclosed roof terrace with decking and furniture, as well as an enclosed rear courtyard.

There is an allocated parking space for one car. One well-behaved dog is permitted, but smoking is not allowed. The nearest shop, pub and beach can be found in 0.5 miles or less.
