The ground floor is complete with a bathroom, whilst the first floor is home to an open-plan living space boasting a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area.

Outside there is an enclosed garden with a lawned area and patio featuring outdoor seating area, as well as ample off-road parking for two cars.
