This property accepts a minimum of 3 night bookings only. The Lookout is terraced cottage on the outskirts of Berwick-upon-Tweed in Northumberland. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are made up of a super king-size double which can be a twin on request, and a double room.

There is also a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area, walk-in pantry and a sitting room which both have multi-fuel stoves. Outside there is roadside parking and a front patio with furniture and a barbecue as well as bike storage. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away.

Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed. The Lookout is an ideal cottage for that long awaited coastal break. Please note: the minimum stay at this property is 3 nights; any shorter bookings will be cancelled.

Note: No children under 10 for insurance purposes. Note: Access to the property is via a shared access pathway. There is a series of gradual low steps (11 in all) going past the front of the neighbour's house with a continuous hand rail to the gate of The Lookout.
