Sheperds Burn Cottage is a a spacious, impressively furnished barn conversion just outside of Bellingham in Northumberland. It comes with a super-king size bed and a twin bedroom as well as a family bathroom, it can sleep four people. This cottage also comes with an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining and sitting area with a woodburning stove.

Outside is off road parking for three cars as well as a gravel and patio area. A brilliant cottage in a lovely location. Please note: The forestry commission will undertaking felling works in Kielder Forest near the property between January - March 2025, this may extend into April.

Electric central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV, WiFi, selection of books and games. Initial supply of logs included (1st October to 30th April bookings only).

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request.

Ample off road parking. Enclosed gravelled and patio area to rear. two well-behaved dogs welcome.

Sorry, no smoking. Shop 7 miles and pub 3 miles. Note: Due to location on sheep farm, dogs must be kept on a lead.
