This lovely, modern property is located close to the beach in Beadnell and provides comfortable accommodation for up to 5 people in 3 bedrooms. There is a lovely, enclosed lawned garden at the rear which proves to be quite a sun trap in the warmer months! From the upstairs master bedroom, you can enjoy some stunning views out towards the Farne Islands and Dunstanburgh Castle.

With gas central heating throughout, Sunnysands provides a comfortable and relaxing place to enjoy a family holiday or short break. Situated on the edge of the village, it is a leisurely 5 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Northumberland - a wide expanse of sand stretching from the small working harbour of Beadnell to the breath-taking views of Dunstanburgh Castle in the distance. There are two great dog friendly pub restaurants in the village, as well as a village store and Fish and Chip shop open in peak periods.

Seahouses, with its wider range of shops, bars and restaurants, is a 2 minute drive away - or a longer walk along the beach. Bamburgh Castle, village shops and restaurants are a 3 minute drive further on. Sunnysands is a fantastic base from which to explore the nearby seaside villages of Low Newton and Craster, with its world famous kippers and a great pub restaurant overlooking the sea.
