No9 Budle Sands - is an attractive stone built farm steading conversion situated just a few metres from the beautiful Budle Bay. With high beamed ceilings on the first floor and scenic countryside views No 9 is a popular holiday cottage for couples or families and their four legged friends. Within a short drive to the outstanding sandy beach which stretches for miles north and south along the Heritage Coastline this area is also a haven for bird watching.

Located just under 2 miles to the popular village of Bamburgh, you will find the castle, shops, restaurants, pubs and golf course making this property a great spot for that much needed getaway. ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Entrance hall Kitchen/diner with electric oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and seating for 4 people. Living room with working open fire, comfy two seater leather sofa, two armchairs, TV and DVD player.

Downstairs WC and basin. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 with zip and link King size bed (or two single beds) and en suite shower room. Bedroom 2 with King size bed Family bathroom with shower over bath, WC and basin.

OTHER FACILITIES Externally there is a small garden to the front of the property with a patio and private parking for 2 cars. All power, linen and towels are included in the rent. Oil fired central heating.
