Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, two fridge/freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and six Smart TVs. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with bench, an enclosed rear decked area with furniture and summerhouse, a private driveway for two cars and roadside parking.
