The living areas in this annexe consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a conservatory, and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. (Live tv channels are now also available in addition to catch-up TV) The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double, and a single, serviced by a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and private parking for one car.
