It comes with three bedrooms, comprising of a family bedroom with double bed and single bed and two twin bedrooms, together sleeping seven people and served by family bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC and a cloakroom with basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with woodburning stove.

Outside, there is off-road parking for one small car and roadside parking is available. The Forge is a superb base for a family to explore Durham.
