Sleeping eight guests across four bedrooms, the lodge forms part of Applecross House, which can be rented separately or with the neighbouring house to form a larger property with interconnecting passage. Inside, the accommodation is fresh and neutral with a cosy woodburner in the lounge.

Set out on foot to explore the estate, looking out for resident Highland cattle and wild deer along the way, or pop into nearby Applecross to enjoy a hearty meal at the pub (2.5 miles). Inside, this property has been tastefully decorated and furnished to offer spacious, neutral and airy accommodation for families or friends. Rustle up delicious meals in the traditional kitchen/breakfast room, where you will find an electric oven, before sitting down to eat in the separate dining room.

After meals, hunker down on the inviting sofas in the cosy lounge while the woodburner roars away nearby. Enjoy an evening of board games with the family or prepare some popcorn and make the most of the TV and DVD player available. Suitable for guests of limited ability, two bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the ground floor, while the king size and triple bedrooms can be found upstairs.
