This delightful, semi-detached stone barn conversion is on a working farm and offers spacious holiday accommodation for parties up to eight people. The well-equipped fitted kitchen has exposed beams, giving it a ‘country farmhouse' feel and the dining area is also located in this space. The spacious sitting room is comfortable and welcoming with a stone feature fireplace housing an electric flame effect fire, giving instant warmth and a cosy feel to the room.

The four bedrooms are light and appealing with sloping ceilings, making them snug and inviting and a real haven of peace. There are two bathrooms serving the property, one of which is a shower room on the ground floor. There is a lovely lawned area with furniture and fishing rights for the River Esk are available from the owner, as long as visitors have a fishing licence.
