Step inside and you'll be welcomed by a warm, open-plan living space that seamlessly blends rustic allure with modern comfort. Slip onto the sofa and make yourself at home in the traditional lounge area, which is flooded with natural light from the patio doors.

When it’s time to eat, head to the farmhouse-style kitchen/diner to cook up your favourite meal and then gather everyone together to eat at the wooden dining table. Alternatively, head out to the patio area, fire-up the charcoal BBQ and dine alfresco. Afterwards, head into the garden to chill out by the firepit, or make your way back to the lounge area to stretch out on a sofa.

Alternatively, venture off into Strid Wood (6 miles) where you'll discover a fabulous network of trails and perhaps be lucky enough to capture a glance of pied flycatchers or redstarts.
