The Barn consists of a communal kitchen with dining seating for 12, an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, and TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double (zip/link) with an induction hob and en-suite shower room, double (zip/link) with en-suite shower room, double with induction hob and en-suite shower room, double with en-suite bathroom, ground-floor double with en-suite wet room, and ground-floor double with induction hob and en-suite shower room, while all are equipped with kettle, toaster, and fridge with ice-box. Outside there is a non-enclosed courtyard with lawn, gravel, furniture and ample off-road parking.

WiFi, fuel power, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Dogs welcome but no smoking.

Non-enclosed rear garden with lawn and furniture shared with main house/host. Six well-behaved pets welcome, please be aware the main house/host has a very friendly dog too. Sorry, no smoking.
