The living areas in this cottage consist of a kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a living/dining room with woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and double, there is also a bathroom with bath and shower over. Outside there is off-road parking for one car and street parking, there is also a rear garden with furniture.

Within 0.3 miles you will find a shop and 0.2 miles a pub. Please note that one well behaved pet is welcome and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Top House is a beautiful location for a trip to the Yorkshire Dales. Note: No access to garage. Note: Dogs are to be kept downstairs.
