27 Westbourne Grove consists of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and dining seating, and a living/dining room with Smart TV and dining table. The bedrooms (all with Smart TVs) consist of three doubles, a third-floor double, two third-floor doubles, a second-floor family room, and a fourth-floor family room, all serviced by en-suite walk-in showers. There is also a ground-floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC.

WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed, rear garden with gravel and lawn, plus roadside parking. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
