Field View, a three-storey house, consists of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and dining seating for six people, utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, and fridge/freezer, and sitting room with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, second-floor double with TV, and single, serviced by a shower room and first-floor cloakroom. WiFi.

Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, WC, and off-road parking for one car. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking.

Field View makes a lovely base for a rural retreat in North Yorkshire. Note: Steep, narrow stairs in the property, please take care. Note: Stairgates can be inserted but not secured into wood-frame due to the age of the property.

Note: Double bedroom on the top floor is accessed via a steep staircase and does not have a door - unsuitable for those with mobility issues.
