Featuring wooden beams, exposed brickwork and a cheery wood burner, this characterful getaway is perfect for walkers and nature lovers discovering the breathtaking scenery of Swaledale and Wensleydale.

Entering this light and cheerful cottage the handy entrance porch has plenty of space for coats and muddy boots before you head through into the charming lounge. With a cosy wood burner set in a beautiful inglenook, the lounge also features timber beams, oak flooring, a Smart TV and ample seating. Heading through, the fresh, bright and fully equipped kitchen/diner has shaker style units, plenty of workspace and a relaxing dining area.

Upstairs, the first floor features a stylish shower room and two delightful bedrooms, each with a Smart TV: the pretty king-size room has views out across the dales, while the charming double room looks out to the front. Outside, the private patio is enclosed by a white picket fence, and has garden furniture and a BBQ, providing a relaxing spot for sitting back on a relaxing summer's evening. The picturesque village of Reeth sits along the eastern edge of the Yorkshire Dales and has a choice of friendly pubs and shops and is home to the Swaledale Museum.

Local attractions and landmarks include Calver Hill, Harkerside Moor, Grinton Moor Smelt Mill, Aysgarth Falls and Bolton Castle, all within 10 miles. To the east, the thriving town of Richmond (11 miles) is home to Richmond Falls, Richmond Castle and the remains of Easby Abbey.
