At the heart of the house is the spacious light-filled kitchen/diner, a handsome area with wooden beams set in the high ceiling and light streaming in through the bi-fold doors. The central island makes a great breakfast bar, while the dining table is perfect for family feasts.

The lodge has three delightful super-king-size bedrooms decorated in cool neutral, restful shades. The first is on the ground floor alongside an invigorating shower room. The two remaining bedrooms are upstairs, each with refreshing en-suite facilities.
