This single-storey barn conversion consists of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, TV with Freeview and DVD player. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a double, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a private patio with furniture, plus access to three acres of farmland, and off-road parking for two cars.

Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 4.7 miles and a pub in 3.4 miles.
