Entering this delightful cottage, the bright and fully equipped kitchen/diner has a central breakfast bar, a lovely dining table and a handy snug area over by the French doors leading to the garden. Internal glazed double doors lead from the kitchen through to an inviting lounge with a wood burner, comfortable seating and TV. From the lounge, stairs lead up to the first floor where there's a refreshing family bathroom with a walk-in shower and a freestanding bath, and a choice of two light and spacious bedrooms: a cheerful twin room overlooking the back garden, and a stylish king-size room with a sweet dressing table and wardrobe.

From the kitchen French windows lead out into a charming cottage garden with a lovely lawn and a patio with outdoor furniture. There's also a pretty south-west-facing front garden with a bench. Harrogate has a wealth of great pubs, independent shops and restaurants, with a host of popular attractions and landmarks including the Turkish Baths, the Royal Pump Room Museum and Harrogate Convention Centre.

You can also take a relaxed stroll along The Stray, Valley Gardens or RHS Garden Harlow Carr. The southern tip of the Yorkshire Dales is just a short drive away (8.5 miles).
