Horseshoe Cottage has two bedrooms, a ground-floor king-size double and a zip/link twin with a sitting area with curtain walls..There is also a ground-floor bathroom and a ground-floor wet room, as well as a kitchen/diner. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine in the external boiler/plant room, dishwasher. For entertainment, two TVs with FreeSat, DVD, radio, iPod dock, and a selection of books, games and DVDs.

Outside there is a shared utility room, private front and rear patios with a barbecue, bike storage, and furniture, off-road parking for 2 cars, and access to acres of shared land, including a picnic area. Two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. Horseshoe cottage is fantastic on its own, or with Farrier Cottage.
