The living areas in this home consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and a sitting room with Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a twin (zip/link), and a single, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a front gravelled garden, an enclosed rear garden with decking and furniture, off-road parking for one car, and additional roadside parking.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. Outdoor dog shower provided. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair.

You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles, a pub in 0.5 miles and the beach in 0.9 miles. Prestella is a delightful abode for a family break to North Yorkshire. Note: There are steps to the exterior.
