It’s in a beautiful, rural location with a large, enclosed garden, lots of space in the living areas, and a patio and BBQ for dining alfresco. You’ll find luxurious interiors with relaxed contemporary styling and furniture alongside gorgeous traditional features, wooden floors and beams.

There’s heaps of space in the open-plan kitchen/diner, with quartz worktops and a wine fridge, a central island with stools, and a Smart TV. Enjoy your creations at the dining table next to the bi-fold doors, then head through to the lounge, where there’s a Smart TV and a flame-effect electric fire. Three of the four plush bedrooms are on the ground floor: two super-king-size zip-and-link bedrooms which share the family bathroom and one super king size bedroom with en-suite shower room.

the master bedroom is up the oak staircase, a super-king-size with a dressing room and en-suite shower room. One of the ground-floor bedrooms has a sofa bed – ideal for a young child, and there’s also a utility room with a washer/dryer and separate WC. Outside, is a large flagstone patio with amazing views, fully enclosed fenced gardens, a BBQ, and bike storage.

Wander to the Thornton Watlass for a drink and a warm welcome at the village pub (2 miles), and head to Thornton Steward Reservoir (3 miles) for a walk, you can also go fishing and sailing. Visit the vibrant market town of Masham, home to two breweries and a gin distillery (4 miles). Take a ride on the heritage Wensleydale Railway from Leeming Bar station (7.5 miles) and explore the Yorkshire Dales (3 miles) on foot or by bike.
