Lilac Cottage consists of a kitchen with an oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and a living/dining room with a dining table seating four and a TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower, and a cot can be made available upon request. Outside, there is an enclosed front and rear patio, both with furniture and road-side parking for one car.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but smoking is not permitted. Electric central heating, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. You'll find the closest shop in 2.6 miles and a pub 300 meters.

Please note due to the stairs at the property it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues Lilac Cottage is a wonderful base to explore North York Moors National Park. Note: This property has a good housekeeping bond of GBP250.
