The Farm House consists of a kitchen with an AGA, double oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, two wine chillers and a coffee machine, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room with woodburning stove and dining seating, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and Smart TV, a conservatory with a piano and a games room. The bedrooms include a king-size with an en-suite, a king-size (zip/link), two doubles and a bunk along with a separate bathroom and two cloakrooms each with a basin and WC. Outside, there is a non-enclosed front garden with lawn and a non-enclosed rear garden with lawn, gravelled area and hot tub plus off-road parking for up to ten cars.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. You can find a shop in 1.8 miles and a pub in 1.9 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.

Note: There is an on-site gym located in a separate building. No stag, hen or similar parties.
