The Garden Rooms is a traditional semi-detached cottage located in the guest wing of the owners period home near the village of Austwick in North Yorkshire. The cottage can sleep four people in one super king-size bed and one twin as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove.

To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden to the front with furniture. The Garden Rooms is a lovely cottage which can be enjoyed throughout the year.
