Spread over one level, this property seamlessly blends original features with modern updates creating a fantastic space for a relaxing break. The main social space in this property is the generously sized living room/kitchen/diner with pretty cabinets enveloping one corner of the room and a dining table for six in the centre, and a cosy seating area with a TV at the opposite end.

Natural light pours in through the patio doors and Velux windows, whilst the exposed beams add character creating a wonderful space for entertaining whilst on holiday. The double bedroom has been decorated in a simplistic style with matching furniture helping you to unwind before bed and boasts an en-suite shower room for added privacy. Active adventurers will love the opportunity to join a stretch of the Norfolk Coast Path, less than a mile from your doorstep with cliff-top walks, panoramic views and the chance to spot rare wildlife and seabirds along the way. To the south, you'll find Great Yarmouth, a quintessential British beach location with something for all ages from the amusements and pleasure beach to the aquarium, Sea Life.

Further inland, Wroxham (16 miles) is a fantastic spot from which to explore the Broads with opportunities for boat trips, or venture into the trees for a wide range of activities at BeWILDerwood.
