It has an enclosed south-facing garden with a patio and BBQ, a cosy wood burner, four adult bikes you can use, and is near Wells, sandy beaches, and Holkham Estate. The stylish semi-detached home is lovely and light and has been furnished with everything you need for a relaxing break.

Step into the lounge, ideal for evenings in with comfy sofas, a wood burner, a Smart TV, and French doors leading outside. Cooking is a pleasure in the inviting kitchen/diner which has everything you need to prepare delicious meals and plenty of space to sit and enjoy your creations. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor.

Upstairs, are three welcoming bedrooms, a pretty king-size with en-suite shower room, a double room, and a children's bunk room, as well as the family bathroom. Head outside with a cool drink to the fully fenced garden, relax on the patio, get the BBQ going and dine alfresco while the kids play on the lawn. In the garage, you'll find four adult bikes, logs for the wood burner and space to store your beach gear.

Discover Wells-next-the-Sea's wonderful range of cafes, pubs, restaurants, and shops, including an ice cream parlour and a fish and chip shop. Explore Holkham Hall and Estate (2.5 miles) and catch a train on the Wells and Walsingham Light Railway to the pilgrim town of Little Walsingham (6 miles). Visit Brancaster Beach (9.5 miles) and go bird spotting at Blakeney (8 miles).

Take a boat ride from Morstone Quay (7 miles) to see grey seal colonies at Blakeney Point and discover the wonderful wildlife and trails at Pensthorpe Nature Reserve (12 miles).
