Hadleigh Farm Barn is near the port of King's Lynn in Norfolk, close to the village of Ashwicken. The barn conversion can accommodate 10 people in three double bedrooms, two with en-suite shower rooms, two twin bedrooms and a family shower room. Also in the property is a fitted kitchen with a dining area, a larger dining room where everyone can eat together and sitting room with seating for eight and a woodburner.

Outside is off road parking for five cars and a shingle garden with a patio, furniture and a barbecue. Within 1.4 miles there is a shop and 1.9 miles a pub. Situated on the River Great Ouse, Hadleigh Farm Barn is a lovely family holiday cottage at any time of the year.
