Sitting on a country estate, this stunning cottage has bags of charm and stylish interiors. It's the ideal retreat for the whole family to explore the coast and local attractions as your canine companion is welcome here too. It has a large, enclosed garden with seating areas for relaxing alfresco, and a handy ground-floor twin bedroom and separate WC.

The cottage has been tastefully furnished throughout and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Go into the light and welcoming lounge with lots of comfy seating, a TV/DVD and CD player for chilled evenings, and French doors leading to the garden. Go through to the kitchen/diner, where you'll find everything you need in the well-equipped space, and a dining table and chairs for sociable mealtimes.

There's also a spacious and airy twin bedroom overlooking the garden and a separate WC on the ground floor. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, both stylish doubles with storage, along with the spacious family bathroom. Head outside from the lounge to the beautiful enclosed walled/fenced garden with several areas to sit and dine or relax in the sunshine, and a large lawn the children and pup can play on.

Spend the day swimming at the nearby sandy beaches at Hunstanton (6.5 miles), Brancaster (12 miles) and Holkham (17.5 miles). Bird watchers will love the RSPB nature reserves at Titchwell (10 miles) and Snettisham (3 miles). Walk along the Norfolk Coast Path (3 miles) and go for woodland strolls in Sandringham Estate (2.5 miles).

The delightful market towns of Fakenham (17 miles) and King's Lynn (11 miles), and foodies' favourite Burnham Market (12.5 miles) are all within easy reach too.
