This delightful cottage sits in a quiet village on the outskirts of the Norfolk Coast National Landscape, an area blessed with miles of sandy beaches, nature reserves and vibrant market towns. The dog-friendly cottage features a cosy lounge, an open-plan kitchen/diner, and an enclosed garden. Just 3 miles from Hunstanton, it is ideal for small families or active groups keen to explore the coast and countryside around The Wash.

The two-storey, stone-fronted cottage is located on a row of characterful properties of varying ages and enjoys easy access to the village centre and an impressive array of coastal attractions. Its interior is light and airy, with homely soft furnishings and rustic fixtures scattered around warmly decorated rooms. After entering the hallway, guests find themselves in an open-plan kitchen/diner, with plenty of work surface space and a dining table facing doors leading out into the garden.

A comfortable lounge awaits next door, a long room with a large feature window and cosy seating. A characterful staircase leads up to the first floor, which is home to three bedrooms and the family bathroom. The two double bedrooms and the single bedroom are all practically arranged, contemporarily styled, and have plenty of storage space.

The attractive enclosed garden outside has plenty of seating options along with plenty of space for children's games. Head to Heacham or Hunstanton for an authentic flavour of the Norfolk coast's beaches and vibrant communities (within 3 miles). Or for a longer day out, try Wells-next-the-Sea or Holkham Beach (within 18 miles).
