The bathroom includes a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC. The open-plan living space comprises a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area, with a utility room.

Appliances include an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, and air fryer. Entertainment options include a Smart TV with Sky and Sky Movies & Sky Sports, two additional Smart TVs, WiFi, and a pool table/air hockey/table tennis. A travel cot, highchair, and stairgate are available.

Outside, there is ample off-road parking and an enclosed front and rear garden with a lawn, patio, furniture, and hot tub. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome (additional on request and for extra fee). The nearest shop, pub, and beach are 0.7 miles away.
