The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner with range style cooker with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, a dining area, a sitting area with Smart TV, a conservatory and a library. The bedrooms consist of a four king-size rooms one of which has an en-suite bathroom and two twin rooms, all are serviced by a bathroom, shower room and a cloakroom. Outside there is a private garden with patio, lawn furniture and barbecue.

Within 3.5 miles there is a shop and 2.8 miles a pub. Two-well behaved dogs are welcome, but sorry, no smoking, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Firs is a great setting for a family getaway to Norfolk.

We are situated next door to a beautiful Glamping and wedding venue, and unless the site is booked exclusively our guests are free to use their facilities include Cocktail bar, Pizzas restaurant, Fields, double decker vintage bus, mini football pitch, play area. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, as the garden is not enclosed and there is a main road at the bottom of the drive. Note: Dogs are not allowed upstairs.
