300 California Sands consists of an open‑plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area, featuring an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster, plus Smart TV and WiFi. The bedrooms include a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside, there is a private patio with furniture and free public parking for two cars.

Two EV chargers are available on site, with an additional two located at the nearby beach car park. One well‑behaved pet welcome, but sorry, no smoking. A shop is 0.6 miles away, a pub 0.3 miles and the beach 0.7 miles.

Bed linen is provided. On‑site free facilities comprise an indoor heated pool, gym arcade, The Oasis club, laundrette, shop, café and takeaways. Note: There is a good housekeeping bond of GBP 200.

Please note that fuel and electricity are not included. Each chalet is fitted with its own electric coin meter for guests to top up as needed.
