The cottage sleeps eight people and has one double bedroom, two twins, one with adult bunks and two family bathrooms. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with dining area a sitting room with a woodburning stove.

Outside is ample off road parking and a front lawned garden. With whisky distilleries to discover, fishing on the River Spey and an abundance of golf courses, Newlands is a superb holiday home in this beautiful region of Scotland. Note: The ground floor is split-level.
