Leave your coats and walking boots in the spacious hallway/lobby area before heading through to the open-plan living space, set underneath a beamed ceiling.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to rustle up tasty meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner that can be enjoyed around the six-seater dining table, a great spot for enjoying board games also. Hop in the car and head into the Black Mountains (13 miles) or visit Llangorse Activity Centre (18 miles) where the whole family can enjoy rock climbing, horse riding and much more.
