If you're looking for a stunning coastal property for a special reunion with friends or family, this gorgeous detached house in the peaceful village of Sutton-on-Sea is perfect for you. Situated on the Lincolnshire Coast between the busier resorts of Cleethorpes and Skegness, Sutton-on-Sea is an attractive village that offers guests a tranquil location within a few hundred metres of the sandy beach. It is also home to many independent shops and eateries for your convenience.

Walks along the coast path will allow you to soak up the gorgeous sea views and feel the wind in your hair and with the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty within 20 miles, you can enjoy country walks too. Beautifully presented, this stylish house effortlessly blends traditional features with contemporary decor to create a welcoming feel. Light and airy throughout, you'll find it easy to relax.

Stepping inside, you'll find yourself in the hall. From here, you step into the larger lounge with its bay window and the open fire. The second lounge provides somewhere for those who want to escape for a while.

Upstairs, you can relax in comfort in one of the four super-king-size zip-and-link bedrooms (which can be made up as twins on request). There is also an additional shower room and two more WCs. From the kitchen, patio doors lead out to the mature garden that has plenty of space to run around or enjoy a spot of al fresco dining.

It also houses the games room with a snooker table, which provides the ideal opportunity for a touch of friendly competition.
