Pet friendly holiday cottage, sleeps 3 - Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire

Berry Barn is a barn conversion situated in the hamlet of Strubby just ten miles from Louth in Lincolnshire. The cottage can sleep three people in one double bedroom with an en-suite and a snug room with sofa bed. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a sofa.

Outside is off road parking for one car and a private enclosed patio with furniture. Berry Barn is a fantastic base for exploring this lovely part of the country. Two well behaved pets welcomed.

One ground floor double bedroom with en-suite shower, basin and WC. First floor open plan kitchen with dining area and sitting area with sofa. Snug with sofa bed.

LPG central heating with underfloor heating on ground floor. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, Blu-ray DVD, WiFi. Off-road parking for 1 car.

Private enclosed patio with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed. Sorry, no smoking.

Secure bike storage. Shop and pub 5 miles. Note: Sloping ceilings on the first floor with some restricted head room.
